CINERGIZE FITNESS specializes in a range of exercise classes for those of us who aren’t as young as we used to be!
In our different ways and styles our instructors focus on ways to improve your physical and mental well-being. We also aim to create a warm, supportive, and fun community of like-minded others who all want the same thing – to remain healthy, to keep our bodies strong and moving well and to have a great time doing so!
Our core belief is that all of us, at any age, have the ability to improve current fitness levels. This is whether you are looking to work on your balance, agility and flexibility, or to increase your strength. Or, maybe you prefer gentle movements that integrate posture and breathing that help focus and replenish your energy. Or, perhaps you want more energetic fun-filled dance-fit type classes.
